Frequently asked questions
My mortar is falling on the lawn. Is it serious?
Yes, act now. Water gets in through the joints and can damage the wood framing behind the brick, which costs much more to repair.
How do I know if my wall needs a full rebuild?
If the mortar joints are deteriorated and the wall is wavy, it needs to be rebuilt. Send us a photo and we'll confirm.
Do you work in winter?
Yes. Our job sites are heated for winter 2026-2027.
What warranty do you offer?
A 10-year warranty on labour. Our masons hold CCQ cards and the company holds its RBQ licence and bond.
How fast will I get my quote?
